Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Keepsakes by Faith, LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Cards will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days depending on style selected. However, customized orders will take longer to process based upon design and quantity. Contact our Customer Service department for more information. All orders will be shipped Ground Service unless otherwise specified. We do offer special shipping methods such as Next Day and Second Day Air services for those special orders that are needed in a rush. Additional freight charges would apply.

Sales Tax

Keepsakes by Faith, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Payment Options

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Keepsakes by Faith, LLC reserve the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Cancellation of Orders, Order Changes, Corrections, and Additional Orders

Please proof your item(s) carefully. Once your order is placed, you agree that you have edited and made appropriate changes to your design(s), verified your information, and authorize printing.

Your order is in process as soon as it is placed. Therefore, we are unable to allow for changes or corrections and/or cancellations.

Return Policy

FOR NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Should cards be damaged in transit, please notify us by email and return the cards for full exchange. Shipping and handling will the customers responsibility.

FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Keepsakes by Faith, LLC is not responsible for typographic errors. We will use our professional judgment in regards to placement of text, design, and the appropriate size and position on printed items. We cannot accept returns on personalized items. If you have a question regarding your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and have your order number for referencing. If we are in error, we will reprint and ship your order immediately at no cost to you. Keepsakes by Faith, LLC is not responsible for any consequential damages as a result of an error. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the personalized product we manufactured. Shipping charges cannot be credited and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Because each card is handmade, we cannot we cannot assume responsibility for shade variations in ink, paper colors or slight variation in card designs. Imprint colors may vary from the samples illustrated depending on the lettering style and color of product selected. The imprint color will also appear darker if used with a bold lettering style and lighter if used with a fine line lettering style. Paper, like fabric, has a tendency to vary in shade and texture from one dye lot to another.
